Terms and conditions......
All extended warranties are subject to annual service.
Price for annual service is advised at time of installation and is subject to increase to cover petrol costs and general materials increase.
The customer is responsible for contacting discount heating when the annual service is due. Service must be performed within 1 week either side of the date the service is due.
Failure to service your boiler when due will negate your extended warranty and as such all repairs will be chargeable. Repair costs will be quoted at time of visit or quoted for over the phone or email.
Exteneded warranty will only apply providing the service is done regular and the boiler has not been abused or any other persons has not attempted to repair said boiler and subject to fair wear and tear.
