What's Included in the Installation Price?

1. Existing 22mm supply at boiler.
2. Condensate pipe already in place and up to the latest code.
3. Like-for-like swap.

4. All connected pipes existing under the boiler.
5. Pipes that need to be routed at the rear of the boiler will be subject to a surcharge for extra pipe and fittings, and may also need a space bracket for pipes.
6.  Thermostatic radiator valves recommended to be fitted for efficiency regs if not already fitted.
7.  Magnetic filter and modern room thermostat required to be fitted to comply with the latest building regs.
