1. Existing 22mm supply at boiler.
2. Condensate pipe already in place and up to latest code.
3. Like for like swap.
4. All connected pipes existing under boiler.
5. Pipes that need to route at the rear of the boiler will be subject to surcharge for extra pipe and fittings, also may need a a space bracket for pipes.
6. Thermostatic radiator valves recommended to be fitted for efficiency regs if not already fitted.
